B2B 3D production for special shapes, letters, prototypes and small series

Kala3D produces custom 3D objects for signage companies, architects, designers, manufacturers and businesses that need shapes hard to make with traditional methods. We work from existing 3D files and, for letters and logos, from vector files.

PETGPLAASAABSTPU Max size / single part: 41 × 41 × 44 cm

How it works

From file to part, in 4 steps

  1. You send the file

A 3D file (STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP), a vector file for letters, or a project description.

  2. We check feasibility

Geometry, material, colour, supports and deadline. We ask questions if needed.

  3. We confirm the final quote

Initial estimates are indicative; the confirmed final quote is our firm commitment.

  4. We produce and deliver

Production starts only after you accept the quote. Basic finishing (gluing, sanding) where needed.

Honest scope

What we don't do — said plainly

Kala3D generally works from existing 3D files. We do not offer 3D scanning or general 3D modelling from scratch.

The exception for letters and logos: for volumetric letters, 3D logos and letter bodies we can work directly from vector files — CorelDRAW/CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or DXF — and we prepare the 3D production solution ourselves.

Kala3D produces the 3D part. Acrylic faces, LEDs, wiring, installation and full integration are discussed separately and can be handled by the client, their signage company, or our advertising-production partner PubliENA.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you do 3D modelling?

We do not offer general 3D modelling from scratch, nor 3D scanning. We work from existing 3D files. Exception: for volumetric letters and logos we prepare the production solution from vector files (CDR, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, DXF).

What is the maximum size?

Roughly 41 × 41 × 44 cm for a single-piece part, depending on geometry, material and orientation. Larger objects can be made from segments where the project allows.

What materials do you use?

Mostly PETG and PLA. Depending on the project we can discuss ASA, ABS, TPU or other filaments. We recommend the right material based on real use (indoor/outdoor, mechanical load, temperature).

Can I pay directly on the website?

No. The flow is: you send the file → you receive an indicative estimate → we review manually → we confirm the final quote → production starts after acceptance. This avoids wrong automatic prices and unprintable files.

Do you have a 3D production project?

Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
