What the service is
We produce functional technical parts: brackets, housings, adapters, guides, spare parts and assembly components. Bridge manufacturing means producing tens–hundreds of pieces via 3D printing until volumes justify an injection mould — you launch now, without locking capital in tooling.
Limits, stated honestly
FDM parts have specific tolerances (±0.2–0.4 mm) and anisotropic strength (weaker between layers) — we orient the part and choose the material for the real load. Above certain volumes injection becomes cheaper per piece: we tell you honestly where that threshold sits for your part. We do not design parts from scratch; STEP/STP is the recommended format.

From what quantity does 3D stop making sense?
It depends on the part; roughly, above hundreds–thousands of pieces a mould becomes competitive. We calculate the threshold on your project, with numbers.
Can I change the design between batches?
Yes — that is the superpower of the method. No retooling costs, ever.
Do you have a 3D production project?
