The rules of working together, stated clearly: how quoting works, each party's responsibilities, and the limits of the technology.
1. Identification
kala3d.ro and Kala3D services are operated by Adena Well SRL, CUI 50170052, Romania. Contact: office@kala3d.ro, +40 772 017 962.
2. Services
Custom 3D printing and production from existing 3D files and, for volumetric letters/logos, from vector files. Kala3D does not offer 3D scanning, general 3D modelling from scratch, installation, electrical assembly or fully certified luminaires.
3. Estimates vs final quote
Any price communicated before file review is indicative. The final quote is confirmed in writing after review of the file, material, colour, quantity, deadline and feasibility. Production starts only after the client accepts the final quote. Sending a file does not constitute order acceptance by Kala3D.
4. Client files — rights and licences
The client declares they hold the right to submit the file and order the printing, including the rights required for the intended use. For models downloaded online, licence verification (personal vs commercial use) is the client's responsibility. Kala3D may refuse to produce files that infringe copyright, trademarks, licences, applicable law or internal policy.
5. Technology characteristics
FDM parts show inherent characteristics: visible layer lines on close inspection, typical tolerances of ±0.2–0.4 mm, directional strength, small appearance variations within series. These are not defects. Maximum single-piece size is roughly 41 × 41 × 44 cm; larger parts are segmented with the client's agreement.
6. Delivery, warranty, liability
Courier delivery within Romania or pick-up by appointment. Non-conformities must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. Kala3D warrants conformity with the accepted quote and the submitted file, and is not liable for errors in the client's file, undisclosed uses, safety-critical applications, or third-party electrical integration/installation. Total liability is limited to the value of the order; consumers' statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Custom products — withdrawal
Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014 art. 16 c), made-to-order/personalised products are exempt from the 14-day consumer withdrawal right.
8. Payment & governing law
No payments are taken on the website; payment terms come with the final quote, invoiced by Adena Well SRL. Romanian law applies.
